With sales and marketing experience from driving growth within the health industry. And an experienced coach and lecturer.

My strengths are to see what matters most right now to drive change or deliver on the current task at hand. I can assume many perspectives and manage people and projects well. With a solid military and security background coupled with a strong interest in technology and IT I combine these two worlds to achieve greater output and results.

Experience

Head of Department – Protective Services (PS)

2020–Present | SRS Security AB

PS turns over 60+ MSEK/year with 60+ employees and several managers in roles ranging from väktare to senior consultants within security and technology. Responsibilities include budget, product development, KAM/AM work, sales, compliance (ISO and other) and people management.

  • 2020: Started the department SOC (Security Operations Centre) as a 24/7 incident response hub and operational management centre for SRS
  • 2020–2022: Developed operational procedures, policies and operational excellence for SOC and our corporate offer as a security partner
  • 2023: Took over SRS biggest department and merged SOC and FSS (Field Security Services) with 60+ total staff
  • 2023–2025: Streamlined operations, shut down non-performing parts, quality assured operational policies ranging from event security to ISO (27001 and 18788:2015) compliance and developed product offerings

Close Protection Officer & Security Coordinator

2018–2020 | Scandinavian Risk Solutions (SRS)

SRS Somalia operations protecting government and NGO affiliated staff traveling in Somalia. 12-person team on site spread across 3 different teams. Responsibilities included personnel responsibility, policy and procedures, training, ISO compliance.

  • 2018–2020: Started as a close protection operative and promoted to dep. site manager within 2 months
  • 2019–2020: Site manager (security coordinator) responsible for the team on site, client contact, operational planning, training and liaison

Country Manager

2014–2018 | Puori ApS / Exsudo AB (own company)

Puori is a Danish supplement brand selling world-wide with a big footprint in the Nordics.

  • Took over the agency for the Nordics in 2014
  • Secured distribution in top channels: Apotea, Bodystore, Apoteket, Apotek Hjärtat etc.
  • Ran logistics, marketing, sales and client contacts on all levels
  • Grew from 0.5 to 14 MSEK in turnover in 4 years

Security Operator

2010–2017 | Soya Group Support AB

Soya is Wallenius Lines support organisation and their security organisation. Group security was responsible for travel security, close protection, general security, health and safety.

  • Close protection operative and surveillance operative
  • Duty officer for the entire Wallenius Lines
  • Conducted internal and external courses: medical, driving, surveillance, police tactics, close protection
  • 2015: Flew a team down to assist the Lesbos refugee crisis to assess the situation and scout for the Swedish Coast Guard

2009–2014 | CrossFit Nordic

Pioneered the expansion of CrossFit training in Sweden via CrossFit Nordic and by arranging competitions from 2009 to 2013, ending up as northern Europe's biggest competitions at that time.
